ABOUT
Arca villa can be rented as a Bed & Breakfast or as a self-catering holiday Villa in English Harbour, Antigua. It consists of 5 bedrooms around an open patio, each with ensuite bathroom in italian design, wooden ceilings and floors, pool, Wifi and air conditioning.
The Villa is located on the South coast of Antigua in a quiet location on top of hill overlooking the two stunning bays, known as Falmouth and English Harbor. The view is not only of Antiguas amazing blue waters and green hills, but also of the mega yachts that come in and moore at the marinas in the bay.
Alberta, the Italian owner will live in one side of the house with her family and she will be happy to help you with anything you’ll need to make your holiday enjoyable. Don't worry she will never intrude on your holiday and will stay out of the way, givng you 100% privacy.
Upon request it is possible to have any or all meals prepared for you from Alberta, at extra cost.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Arca Villa prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES:
AS A VILLA
HIGH SEASON 15th November to 15th May:
From $1200 USD a night
Peak Weeks $1400 USD a night.
LOW SEASON 16th May to 14th November:
From US$ 800 a night.
AS A BED AND BREAKFAST (SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY)
HIGH SEASON 15th November to 15th May:
$180 USD PER night per bedroom ,breakfast included
LOW SEASON 16th May to 14th November:
$140 USD PER night a bedroom, breakfast included
*All price plus 17%ABST and guest levy ( US$ 5 a person a night)
*US$5.00 per person (over six years old) per night Tourism Guest Levy will also apply. This will be collected at the end of your stay.
*Arca Villa is Closed in September & October.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
