The Carib House is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference.
This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas. Consider booking The Carib House for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions. The Carib House is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas.

The Carib House prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.

HIGH SEASON RATES PER NIGHT UP TO 4 PERSONS:
November 1st to May 14th: $1200.00 USD per night. *
Additional person per night up to 10 Persons: $130.00 USD *
Kids ages 2-12 $100.00 USD*
Kids under 2 are free.
LOW SEASON RATES PER NIGHT UP TO 4 PERSONS:
May 15th to October 31st: $800.00 USD per night. *
Additional person per night up to 10 Persons: $120.00 USD *
Kids ages 2-12 $90.00 USD*
Kids under 2 are free.
*Price does not include 17% ABST Tax Charge.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
