ABSAR EMERGENCY
Antigua & Barbuda Search and Rescue (ABSAR) is a voluntary organization dedicated to saving lives in Antigua and the surrounding waters. It is an officially recognized search and rescue service. Medic Station located in Antigua Yacht Club Marina in English Harbour.

BEACHES
DARKWOOD BEACH
A long sandy beach on the west coast of Antigua, closer to Jolly Harbour. Drive through scenic FIg Tree Drive to get there. Darkwood has an inflatable water playground and a few restaurants to enjoy. You can rent chairs here as well.

GALLEON BEACH
Located in the historic Nelson's Dockyard, Galleon is a calm Beach with lots of sea turtles to see. It has some shade and is a short distance from English Harbour. Enjoy the view of many beautiful sail boats as well.

PIGEON POINT BEACH
A popular beach in English Harbour. Spectacular view of the harbour, playgrounds, and two restaurants nearby make it a really easy place to go and enjoy the afternoon sun.

RENDEZVOUS BAY BEACH
A beautiful long stretch of white sandy beach and clear blue waters, Rendezvous is worth the trek. Hike or take a 4 x 4 vehicle to this pristine Caribbean beach. (Road can be difficult to drive.) There are no vendors nearby so make sure to pack a picnic. Occasional swell and waves.

TURTLE BAY
On a rocky shore line, this little beach is a great snorkel spot and a great place to watch Sail Boats go by or the sunset!
