Eddoe's Hill is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, property consisting of a main living space and a separate cottage situated on the hill with spectacular views. Located in Cobbs Cross, English Harbour.
The Main House has one King size bed in the master, and two twin size beds in the second bedroom.
It also has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and AC in the bedrooms.
The upper cottage has one queen size bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is one bathroom and luxury shower and also an additional outdoor shower.
Perfect for a group of friends, yacht crew or family, you will enjoy beautiful views of English Harbour from its stunning Veranda's and pool area.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Eddoe's Hill prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES
HIGH SEASON:
November 1st - May 15th: $700.00 USD PER NIGHT.*
LOW SEASON:
May 14th to October 31st: $475.00 USD PER NIGHT.*
*Price does not include 17% ABST Tax Charge.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
*Price may be adjusted based on high season and
holiday events taking place in Antigua.
CANCELLATION POLICY

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
