The Carib House is an airy, luxurious Caribbean colonial–style villa located on the south coast of Antigua, near the entrance to Falmouth Harbour and just five minutes from the main road. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa is perfectly suited for relaxed holiday stays, honeymoons, or intimate group retreats, offering generous living and entertaining spaces in a private yet accessible setting.

In addition to being an exceptional vacation rental, The Carib House is well suited for intimate wedding receptions and private functions, comfortably hosting events for 20 to 80 guests. It is an ideal venue for special occasions such as graduation celebrations or family reunions and is available for rent during Antigua’s key annual events, including Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta, and Sailing Week.

• Rates may be adjusted during high season and holiday periods in Antigua
• Additional person per night up to 10 Persons: $130.00 USD * in high season. $120.00USD* in low season.
• Kids ages 2-12 $100.00 USD* in high season, $80.00 USD in low season.
• Kids under 2 are free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival; however, the reservation may be rescheduled at no additional charge if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival and the dates are successfully rebooked
