Coco Palms is a new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa with swimming pool, located within Jolly Harbour Marina Village, Antigua’s popular gated community. Coco Palms can sleep 8 to 10 guests in four spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms plus house bathroom. It has huge waterside lounging space, able to host two 40 foot yachts.

The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is equipped with an impressive array of modern amenities including high-end fitted kitchen with touch panel Bosch appliances, wifi enabled coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, large kitchen island with seating and separate laundry room. All bathrooms are wet rooms with walk-in rain showers and twin wash bowls.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival; however, the reservation may be rescheduled at no additional charge if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival and the dates are successfully rebooked
