Super Yacht View Villa is a bright modern apartment overlooking Falmouth Harbour. With both ocean and mountain views, it sits amongst a spacious garden with tranquil trees and palms and is outfitted with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi for guest use.
Located only a short walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, and hiking trails directly from the property up Monks Hill.
A short drive will take you to the centre of English Harbour and a few of Antigua's most popular beaches. There is a fully equipped kitchen, ample parking, a barbecue area, large flat screen tv, washing machine.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Super Yacht View Villa prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES:
MAY 15TH TO NOVEMBER 15TH:
$175/night for 1 guest, $50 per additional guest/night
NOVEMBER 16TH TO MAY 14TH:
$225/night, $50 per additional guest/night
SPECIAL EVENTS: $310/night, $50 per additional guest/night
*Price does not include 17% ABST Tax Charge.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
*Price may be adjusted based on high season and
holiday events taking place in Antigua.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
