PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Villa Dockyard View's prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua. 3 night minimum.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES
HIGH SEASON:
November 1st to May 14th: $1720.00 USD PER NIGHT.*

LOW SEASON:
May 15th to October 31st: $1267.00 USD PER NIGHT.*
*Price is inclusive of the 17% ABST Tax Charge.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on all short-term bookings.
*Price may be adjusted based on high season and
holiday events taking place in Antigua.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
