Windy Ridge is a two bedroom plus office, Caribbean holiday rental with stunning
views overlooking Antigua's breezy South Coast. It is ten minutes away from English Harbour.
Windy Ridge has a master queen size bedroom and bath upstairs, living room, kitchen, office overlooking the harbour (with a single or double bed in there for additional sleeping)
and a large dining and lounging porch on the West side.
Wrap around balcony on all sides with beautiful views.
Downstairs there is one Queen size bedroom, bathroom and a laundry room. The house sits in an acre of fenced land with panoramic sea and harbour views.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Windy Ridge prices are seasonally based and dependent on events taking place in Antigua.
HOUSE RENTAL RATES:
HIGH SEASON:
NOVEMBER 1ST - MAY 14TH: $525.00USD PER NIGHT*
MAY 15TH - OCTOBER 31ST: $425.00USD PER NIGHT*
*Price does not include 17% ABST Tax Charge.
*As of October 1st, 2021, the Antigua & Barbuda government has imposed a $5 US per person per night tourism guest levy on
all short-term bookings.
*Price may be adjusted based on high season and
holiday events taking place in Antigua.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
