Enjoy Villa Dockyard View, the main villa within the Casa Lidia property, offering generous indoor and outdoor living spaces surrounded by lush gardens and an infinity pool. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, with the option to add an additional single bed in each room to accommodate up to 12 guests. It features four king-size bedrooms with air conditioning, four ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area, as well as TV, WiFi, and a surround sound system. Ideally located just steps from historic Nelson’s Dockyard, the villa places you at the heart of English Harbour.

Cancellation Policy
Peak-Time Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 6 months prior to scheduled arrival date
- If reservation is made within 6 months of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 6 months before scheduled arrival date
- No refund available if cancelled within 6 months unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation.
High-Season Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- If a reservation is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 90 days before scheduled arrival date
- No refund is available if cancelled within 90 days unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation
Low-Season Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 90 days before scheduled arrival date
- No refund is available if cancelled within 30 days unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation
