This elegant, fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa features spacious living areas, multiple terraces, and a stunning infinity pool that appears to float above the landscape. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it provides both privacy and comfort for families or groups. It has two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate, self-contained guest suite with king sized beds and en-suite bathroom. There are also two inflatable mattresses for the cinema room that can be used to sleep additional guests.

Just a short boat ride away is Green Island, where you can kitesurf, relax on pristine white sand beaches, or enjoy lunch at the renowned Reef restaurant. With easy access to sailing, beaches, and island adventures, Villa Serena is the perfect Caribbean escape.

Cancellation Policy
Peak-Time Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 6 months prior to scheduled arrival date
- If reservation is made within 6 months of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 6 months before scheduled arrival date
- No refund available if cancelled within 6 months unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation.
High-Season Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- If a reservation is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 90 days before scheduled arrival date
- No refund is available if cancelled within 90 days unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation
Low-Season Reservations
- 50% deposit to secure a reservation
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
- 100% refund if cancelled 90 days before scheduled arrival date
- No refund is available if cancelled within 30 days unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation
