• Cancellation Policy

  Peak-Time Reservations

  • 50% deposit to secure a reservation
  • 50% balance due 6 months prior to scheduled arrival date
  • If reservation is made within 6 months of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
  • 100% refund if cancelled 6 months before scheduled arrival date
  • No refund available if cancelled within 6 months unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation.

  High-Season Reservations

  • 50% balance due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date
  • If a reservation is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure it
  • 100% refund if cancelled 90 days before scheduled arrival date

  • No refund is available if cancelled within 30 days unless the property can be re-let. If the property is re-let, the original reservation will be refunded up to 90%. The refund cannot exceed the value of the replacement reservation
